Nice Hotel, but the rooms could have been a bit more warm. You need to change the hairdryer in the room, but appreciated the big TV and large offer of teas bags.

When my kids were little we spent many hours here and it's great that my grandson and little nieces and nephews also enjoy coming here. Lots to do even on a budget. Plenty of food options. It's good for a rainy day, if you can get from the car and inside without getting wet
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall my experience was positive. The room was clean and spacious, the reception staff was welcoming, and the location was great, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of options to choose from.
Weekends are busier. However over the years standard has fallen. Multi story car park is always closed. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Bham over all has collapsed and some areas worse than third world slums. Hence 3 stars ????
Everything about this hotel is superb. We needed a dog friendly hotel and it certainly is that. But that's not to say that any guests without dogs are aware of them as certain areas are understandably out of bounds to dogs.
There are plenty of food places to choose pizza hut i would recommend , and you can have a nice day or evening bowling, but the service is terrible, you will be waiting for a lane and getting told wrong lanes from staff.Also cinema in there is good .
It's a good place to visit. We went to nandos and the serving staff were horrible with along wait time to get in to sit down.
.. our bedroom was good only sad we hadn't the time to enjoy the spa which is included too. Breakfast was definitely the best I have had in any hotel in Birmingham... and everyone we encountered staff wise were so lovely..... ????

All in all a fantastic stay great service and great location, just a couple of areas need attention to get full stars.
If it was raining we would have got very very wet!!!! But apart from that still an amazing location and lovely hotel.
Really nice room with good shower and kitchen area. Free breakfast was great, staff friendly and they had free magazines available for you to take if you wanted. They have a lot of items for sale that you may forget. Great location! Would definitely stay again
False advertisement for facilities. Will not stay here again! pelo information on the website about the sauna, jacuzzi or steam room opening at 4pm. This is a change that was made some time ago Sheffield casino but as advised by a member of staff “they haven’t updated the website and have had many complaints about this” the only reason I booked was to use these facilities but didn’t get chance.
